How long does shipping take and how much does it cost?
We offer standard shipping globally. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on the destination. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, with free shipping available on orders over $100.
What is your return and exchange policy?
KUURTH offers a 30-day return policy for all unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. To initiate a return or exchange, please visit our Returns Portal. Please note that for hygiene reasons, jewelry and intimates are final sale.
How do I know which size to choose?
Each product page includes a detailed sizing chart with measurements in both inches and centimeters. We also include 'Fit Notes' to indicate if a garment runs small, large, or true to size. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for the best fit.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also offer 'Buy Now, Pay Later' options through Klarna and Afterpay for eligible regions.
Where are KUURTH garments manufactured?
We pride ourselves on ethical manufacturing. Our collections are produced in small batches in certified factories across Portugal and Italy, ensuring fair wages, safe working conditions, and high-quality craftsmanship.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
To ensure fast delivery, we begin processing orders almost immediately. You can request a change or cancellation within 60 minutes of placing your order by contacting our support team. After this window, we are unable to make changes, but you can return the items once they arrive.
